Chief Impact & Operating Officer (CIOO) Job Opening Available
The Chief Impact & Operating Officer (CIOO) is a pivotal leadership role at the Maryland Food Bank, reporting directly to the President & CEO. The CIOO will oversee our mission-facing work and will play a critical role in launching new initiatives by translating strategies into actionable, aligned, and measurable activities. They will also be the bridge between service delivery and organizational infrastructure by thoughtfully managing resources and aligning teams across functions. The CIOO will focus on guiding our growth, ensuring the organization stays responsive to changing needs and challenges. Their work will center on deepening internal alignment and enhancing execution, connecting functional leaders and teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
Please note: The successful candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to the Baltimore area and will be expected to be in office 5 days per week.
