We Are Hiring for Two Senior Finance Roles
Vice President, Finance
The VP, Finance is the senior operational finance leader reporting directly to our CFO. This leader is responsible for translating organizational strategy into financial plans, performance insights, and scalable operations—bridging strategy and execution. The VP is also a steward of organizational culture and owns FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting, directly manages the Controller, and serves as a trusted financial partner across our program, operations, development, and executive teams.
Controller
The Controller is the operational leader of the accounting function and the guardian of financial integrity, reporting directly to the VP, Finance. This leader is responsible for ensuring all financial activity is accurate, compliant, controlled, and audit-ready—while building the systems, processes, and team necessary to support a growing, mission-driven organization.
Both roles are based in Halethorpe, MD and are in the office 4 days a week.
