Video: Pack to Give Back 2022

For more than a decade now, Pack to Give back has brought local businesses together in early November to do more for their neighbors in need. And this year was no different as M&T Bank, Enterprise, Transamerica, and other companies met at the Guinness Open Gate Brewery–just 1.5 miles from the Maryland Food Bank’s Baltimore headquarters–to help pack nearly 9,000 of the 26,000 Holiday Boxes that will be distributed statewide this year.

With so many Maryland families really feeling the effects of inflation, holiday meals will make an even bigger difference in the lives of our neighbors in need this year.

Our own research from earlier this year indicates that on average, it’s costing Marylanders nearly $500 more each month to purchase the same things they did at this time last year. Learn more about how hardships are affecting Maryland’s families in our Research & Reports.
