Tonight, on Baltimore’s WBAL-TV, the Maryland Food Bank will premiere a brand-new TV special, spotlighting the efforts of volunteers, staff, farmers, and other supporters to fight hunger and increase food security in Maryland.

Kathy and Preston Williams find helping other families in need to be an important part of their lives – something they can agree on as a couple. On June 14, 2025, they literally put that thought into action—asking their wedding guests to donate to the Maryland Food Bank instead of gifts—through a wedding-themed virtual food drive.
