Joe Rodriguez is one of hundreds of Marylanders who have transformed their lives through FoodWorks, MFB’s 12-week intensive culinary training program that helps students become professional chefs and find careers in Maryland’s hospitality industry.
Though nothing could have prepared FoodWorks’ new Executive Chef for the changes to institutional learning in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Chef Monique “Moe” Jordan has adapted to unprecedented challenges continuing culinary instruction online as the program celebrates ten years of operations.
Congratulations FoodWorks Class 34! Your hard work throughout 12 intensive weeks of culinary training and job-readiness preparation has earned you ServSafe manager certification and made you highly desirable to Maryland’s thriving hospitality industry!
